Julia De Lucia

Julia De Lucia’s road from Lugoj to a Mallorca nightclub

Julia De Lucia, also credited as Daniela Luca, was born on 6 February 1988 in the Romanian city of Lugoj, where she grew up with her parents. She stayed there until she was eighteen: having just finished secondary school, she decided to spend a holiday in Marbella, found work in a restaurant once she arrived, and never went back to her home country.

Two years later she reconsidered and returned to Romania to study at university, but eighteen months of financial struggle convinced her that Spain, not Romania, was where she belonged, so she headed back, this time to Mallorca.

The Mallorca meeting that led her into the adult industry in 2010

It was in Mallorca that Julia De Lucia met the Spanish pornographic actress Salma de Nora one night at a nightclub, and it was Salma de Nora who offered her a way into the adult industry. The two remain friends, Salma de Nora having also worked as her manager for more than two years, and they still collaborate.

That summer, in 2010, the pair began performing together at a nightclub on the island, after which she attended the erotic festival Berlín Venus and shot her first film there for Magma Films. Back in Spain, Romanian pornstar Julia De Lucia went on to work across national and international studios, among them Evil Angel, Private, Brazzers, Cumlouder and Mofos.
