Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit camgirlstemple.com. The short version: we run no accounts, we set one cookie, our analytics cannot identify you, and we sell nothing to anybody. But this is an adult site, and what you look at here is sensitive — so we would rather tell you precisely where your data goes, including to third parties we do not control.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to. Privacy questions go to the address above and are handled directly.
What we collect
We do not ask you for anything. There is no account system, no registration, no newsletter and no contact form on this site. Signing up happens on the cam platforms themselves, under their own policies.
Like every web server, ours processes the technical data needed to deliver a page and keep the site standing up: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, the URL you requested, the page you came from, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred and the HTTP status.
This is used to serve pages, diagnose faults and block abuse not to profile you. We do not combine it with anything else and we do not attempt to identify you from it.
Cookies and local storage
We set one cookie, and only if you ask for it.

That is the entire list. No cookie is set before you interact with the gate, and no cookie is set by our server at any point. We verified this with full requests through our CDN across the homepage, model pages and category pages: no Set-Cookie header is returned, and our security provider sets none either.
cgt_age_ok is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested, and is exempt from the consent requirement under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. That is why you see no cookie banner. It contains no identifier, tells us nothing about you, and is readable by no one else.
We set no advertising, marketing, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind, and our analytics runs without cookies entirely.
Local storage. We also use your browser’s local storage for preferences you control: whether the sidebar is open or collapsed, and your Favourites list. This stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers we hold no copy of your Favourites and cannot restore them. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics
We use Matomo, an open-source analytics tool, to understand which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from and what devices they use.
Matomo runs on our own servers. The data is not sent to Matomo’s company, to Google, or to anyone else, and is not combined with any other source. It runs with cookies disabled, so nothing is written to your device for analytics purposes.
What it records for each visit: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location, device type, screen size, browser and operating system.
How we limit it:
- Your IP address is anonymised before storage. The last two bytes are masked before anything is written, so what reaches the analytics database identifies at most a broad network range, never your connection.
- Because there are no cookies, repeat visits are recognised only within a short window, from a temporary value derived from your browser configuration and a secret regenerated daily. It cannot follow you across sessions or onto any other website.
- We do not use Matomo’s heatmap, session recording, form analytics or A/B testing features. Those plugins are not installed.
- Our own administrative traffic is excluded from the statistics.
- We honour the “Do Not Track” setting in your browser.
This configuration follows the criteria the French data protection authority applies to analytics exempt from consent.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, social media pixels, heat-mapping tools, A/B testing tools or data brokers. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.
Age verification
Access to this site is subject to age verification, provided by AgeVerif, a service operated by PlanetSeason – Unipessoal Lda, Rua Encosta dos Piornais 4, 9000-683 Funchal, Portugal.
AgeVerif is a separate data controller, not a supplier acting on our instructions. It decides how it handles what you give it, under its own Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We recommend reading them before verifying.
What we receive: nothing about you. We are told only whether you passed. No document, no image, no card number, no email address and no date of birth ever reaches us. We could not identify you from a verification even if we wanted to.
When it loads. The AgeVerif script runs only when you click the entry gate. Nothing is sent to it while you are simply arriving at a page.
How verification works. AgeVerif offers several methods and you choose which to use. Depending on the method, your data goes either to PlanetSeason or directly to an independent provider:

What is stored on your device. After a successful verification, AgeVerif stores an entry called agvf in your browser’s local storage for one hour, so you are not asked again while browsing.
Advertising on the confirmation screen. AgeVerif states that, if you reuse a proof of age from an existing AgeVerif account, an advertisement may appear on its confirmation page before you are returned here. Any such advertising is served by AgeVerif under its own cookie policy and consent banner, not by us. We do not place it, do not control it and earn nothing from it.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) where age verification is mandated, and our legitimate interest in preventing minors from accessing adult material (Article 6(1)(f)) elsewhere.
Your rights against AgeVerif. Because PlanetSeason is a separate controller, requests about data you gave it go to them directly, at ageverif.com/data-request. Complaints may be made to the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD) or, in the United Kingdom, to the ICO, where PlanetSeason is registered under reference ZB945130.
We deliberately chose a model in which we never hold your identity documents. If you would rather not verify, do not use the site.
Third parties
Hosting. The site is hosted by Contabo Inc on servers in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Contabo acts as our processor. Apache access logs are rotated daily and kept for 14 days, then deleted.
CDN and security. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which routes requests, caches content and protects the site from attack. Cloudflare acts as our processor and applies its own retention to its edge logs, which is outside our control.
Resources loaded from external providers. Some fonts, stylesheets and scripts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com), Cloudflare’s public library service (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) and jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). When your browser fetches them, those providers receive your IP address and your browser details.
They do not receive the address of the specific page you are viewing. This website sends a Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin header, so external providers are only told that the request comes from camgirlstemple.com, never which page you are on. These providers set no cookies on our website, and we receive nothing back from them. The requests happen automatically as the page loads..
Model thumbnails and previews. Thumbnails and live previews are served directly from the cam platforms’ own image networks, currently img.doppiocdn.com. When one loads, that platform’s servers receive your IP address, your browser details and the fact that you are viewing this page, and may set their own identifiers. This is inherent to displaying live content that we do not host. Their privacy policies apply to it, not ours.
Age verification. AgeVerif, as described above.
Outbound links. No request is made to any cam platform’s servers until you click. When you do, you leave this site entirely and that platform’s privacy policy applies. Our affiliate relationship means the link may carry a parameter identifying us as the referrer; the tracking is done by the destination platform, not by us, and we receive only aggregate, non-identifying reports on referred traffic. See section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have weighed it against your rights and concluded that this processing is limited, expected and does not override them. You may object at any time.
How long we keep things
- Server access logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
- CDN edge logs: per Cloudflare’s own retention, which we do not control.
- Age confirmation cookie: 30 days, on your device only.
- AgeVerif local storage entry: 1 hour, on your device only.
- Emails you send us: as long as needed to deal with the matter, and up to 12 months afterwards.
- Removal and abuse reports: retained as a record of the action taken, for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
International transfers
Our servers are located in the United States, and some of our providers process data there. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You may request details of the safeguards in place.
The data actually leaving the EEA during an ordinary visit is limited to connection data: your IP address, browser details and the pages you request. Analytics data is anonymised before storage. Age verification is carried out by a provider established in the European Union.
Security
We use HTTPS throughout, keep our software patched, restrict administrative access and rely on our CDN for attack mitigation. No system is perfectly secure, but because we collect so little, there is very little about you to lose. If a breach occurred that was likely to result in a risk to your rights, we would notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and, where the risk was high, notify affected individuals directly.
Your rights
If the GDPR, UK GDPR or a comparable law applies to you, you have the right to know what we hold about you and obtain a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, to withdraw consent where processing rests on it, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
Write to [email protected]. We will respond within one month. We may ask for information to confirm the request relates to you, but we will not ask for identity documents unless we genuinely cannot proceed without them.
In practice, because we hold almost nothing that identifies you, there is often nothing to act on. Where we cannot connect any data to you, we will say so plainly rather than ask you for more data in order to go looking Article 11 GDPR permits this.
Complaints. You may complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence or work. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
If you are in the United States
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information. If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with comparable law, the rights described above are available to you on the same terms, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises them.
Automated decision-making
We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Age verification produces a simple pass or fail; if you believe it has wrongly refused you, contact us and a person will look at it.
Children
This site is for adults only. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process the data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, write to [email protected] and we will delete it. See also section 2 of our Terms and Conditions.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top. Where a change is material we will say so on the page rather than change it silently.
