Our position

CamGirlsTemple is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A.

We do not create, film, record, edit, upload, host, store or transmit any content. This site publishes links to live rooms broadcast on third-party platforms, together with thumbnail images generated and supplied by those platforms’ own public feeds. All content is created and hosted elsewhere, by parties over whom we exercise no editorial control.

Where the records are held

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for the performers appearing in the linked broadcasts are maintained by the platforms that host those broadcasts, which are the producers of that material.

Every listing on this site names the platform hosting the room. Each of those platforms publishes its own 2257 statement identifying its custodian of records. If you need to reach the custodian of records for a specific performer, that statement is where to look.

Age verification

Verification of the age and identity of performers is carried out by the platform on which they broadcast, before they are permitted to stream. We list only rooms drawn from the public feeds of platforms that operate such verification.

Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate content involving minors or non-consenting individuals, and we do not knowingly link to any. If you believe a linked room involves a minor or a person who has not consented, report it immediately to the platform hosting it, which can terminate the broadcast, and write to us at admin@camgirlstemple.com so we can remove the link.
