Why you are being asked

CamGirlsTemple shows adult content. A growing number of countries and US states now require sites like ours to check that visitors are adults, using something more reliable than a button that says “I am 18”. Where that applies to you, you will be asked to verify before you can see explicit content.

We would rather explain how this works than leave you guessing, because handing over identity data to a website is not a small thing to ask.

Where it applies, and what changes

Verification is triggered by your location. It currently applies to visitors in the United Kingdom, France, Italy and a number of US states, and to any other jurisdiction that adopts comparable rules. The list changes as laws come into force, and we apply whatever is required where you are.

If you are in one of those places, the site remains open to you, but explicit imagery model thumbnails, previews, videos and galleries is blurred until you verify. Everything else stays visible: articles, guides, reviews, category pages and the site’s structure. Once verification succeeds, the blur is removed and the site behaves normally.

Everywhere else, the ordinary adult confirmation at the entry gate applies, with no blurring.

Blurring is applied on our servers, not in your browser. Where verification is required, the unrestricted images are not sent to your device at all until you have verified so the restriction cannot be removed by changing browser settings or page code.

What we see: nothing about you

This is the part that matters most, so we will be blunt about it.

We never receive your identity document, your photograph, your card number, your email address or your date of birth. None of it passes through our servers. We are told one thing: whether you passed. We could not identify you from a verification if we tried, and we could not hand your data to anyone else, because we do not have it.

Verification is carried out by AgeVerif, a service operated by PlanetSeason – Unipessoal Lda, based in Funchal, Portugal. AgeVerif is a separate data controller it decides how it handles what you give it, under its own privacy policy, not under ours.

The AgeVerif script loads only when verification is actually required. Simply arriving on a page sends nothing to it, and once you have verified it is not loaded again for as long as your confirmation lasts.

How to verify

You choose the method. Availability varies by country and device, and AgeVerif publishes a current availability list.

If you have verified before through an AgeVerif account, you can reuse that proof rather than starting again. AgeVerif may display an advertisement on its confirmation screen before returning you here; that advertising is theirs, governed by their cookie policy and consent banner. We do not place it and earn nothing from it.

How long it lasts

Once you have verified, we remember it for 30 days in a first-party cookie called cgt_age_ok. You will not be asked again during that period. While that cookie is present, the verification screen is not shown and the AgeVerif script is not loaded at all.

AgeVerif also stores an entry called agvf in your browser’s local storage as part of its own service, lasting one hour. We never read it. Whether you are asked again here depends only on our own 30-day cookie.

Both live on your device only. Clearing your browser data, or using private browsing, means starting again. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

If verification does not work

Age estimation is not perfect, and adults close to the threshold are sometimes refused. If that happens, try a different method — the document and card routes are more precise than facial estimation.

If you still cannot get through, write to [email protected]. We cannot overturn the result ourselves, since we do not perform the check, but we will point you to the right channel. Questions about data you gave AgeVerif go to them directly at ageverif.com/data-request.

If you are under 18

Do not attempt to verify, and do not use this site. Trying to pass a check with someone else’s document, card or account is a criminal offence in most countries and it is their identity you would be putting at risk, not just your own.

For parents and guardians

The most effective protection is on the device, not on the website. This site carries the RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) label, which filtering software recognises and blocks automatically. Useful tools:
