Our position

CamGirlsTemple is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and of 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

We do not create, film, record, direct, edit, upload, host, store or transmit any content. We do not take screenshots, save copies or make recordings of anything. This site publishes links to live rooms broadcast on third-party platforms, together with thumbnails and embedded players generated and served by those platforms’ own systems. All content is created and hosted elsewhere, by parties over whom we exercise no editorial control and with whom we have no relationship other than as an affiliate.

We hold no records, and cannot obtain them

We do not hold, and have never held, any record required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We have no access to performer identity documents, ages, real names, contact details or any other personal information, and no means of obtaining them.

The records required by law are maintained by the platforms that host the broadcasts, which are the producers of that material. If you need to reach a custodian of records for a specific performer, the platform’s own 2257 statement is where to look. Every listing on this site names the platform hosting the room.

Requests for records addressed to us cannot be fulfilled, and we will simply direct you to the relevant platform.

What happens when you click

Nothing on this site is a stream. When you click a listing you leave camgirlstemple.com and go directly to the platform that operates the room. From that point you are on their service, under their terms, and everything you see is delivered by them.

Age and identity verification

Verification of the age and identity of performers is carried out by the platform on which they broadcast, before they are permitted to stream, under that platform’s own record-keeping obligations. We list only rooms drawn from the public feeds of platforms that operate such verification.

We perform no verification of our own, and we do not represent that we have checked anything about any individual appearing in a listing.

Zero tolerance

We do not tolerate content involving minors or non-consenting individuals, and we do not knowingly link to any.

If you believe a linked room involves a minor or a person who has not consented:

1. Report it to the platform hosting it — only they can end the broadcast and act on the account.
2. Write to us at [email protected] and we will remove the listing from this site and block it from reappearing through the feed.
3. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

We will preserve and pass relevant information to the competent authorities, including the NCMEC CyberTipline and the Internet Watch Foundation, and will co-operate fully with any investigation. See section 8 of our Terms and Conditions.
