Tru Kait got into bodybuilding by watching bodybuilders and copying them

Tru Kait describes herself as always on the go. She got into bodybuilding by skipping her high school track class to run on a treadmill instead, watching what the bodybuilders were doing and copying it; she calls herself very much an observer. She describes working out as a form of therapy that helps release her pent-up energy.

Tru Kait made her VR debut in 2021 and won an AVN Award for a virtual reality group scene in 2024

Tru Kait made her virtual reality debut in September 2021 in “GFE: True Love” on SexLikeReal, directed by Alex Nash with Evan Redstar as director of photography. She played the viewer’s girlfriend, celebrating their first anniversary as a couple with a sensual massage, caressing, cuddling and kissing.

In July 2023, she and Melissa Stratton made their SexLikeReal debut together in a VR POV threesome scene directed by Alex Mack. At the 41st AVN Awards in 2024, she won the AVN Award for Best Virtual Reality Group Sex Scene alongside Blake Blossom, Angel Youngs and John Strong.

Tru Kait’s anatomy was moulded into two Fleshlight products called “Dreams Come Tru” and “Too Good to Be Tru”

In October 2023, Interactive Life Forms partnered with Tru Kait to release two strokers custom-moulded from her anatomy under the Fleshlight and Fleshjack brands. One features an orifice modelled after her vagina, using the “Dreams Come Tru” texture; the other replicates her butt, using the “Too Good to Be Tru” texture. Both are made of body-safe Real Feel Super Skin material and produced in the United States.

Tru Kait was the May Penthouse Pet in 2021 and Twistys’ “Treat of the Month” in 2023

In June 2021 she was described as being in her second year in the industry, after a huge score that year as the May Penthouse Pet. In February 2023, Twistys named her its “Treat of the Month” for February. She called it an amazing opportunity, said she had the best time shooting, and enjoyed meeting the creative, talented individuals on the team.
