Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and CamGirlsTemple, “we”, “us”, “our”), operator of the website camgirlstemple.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, leave the Site and do not use it.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Age Verification page, DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement, all of which form part of this agreement.

1. Definitions

• Content: any text, image, thumbnail, preview, embedded video, listing, metadata, username, description or other material made available on or through the Site.
• Third-Party Platform: any webcam network, adult website, advertiser or other external service to which the Site links, from which it receives data feeds, or whose players are embedded on the Site. The cam networks currently indexed are Chaturbate, BongaCams, Stripchat, CamSoda, Amateur.tv, XLoveCam, LiveJasmin, Cam4, Streamate, SinParty and Xcams. This list may change at any time without notice.
• Performer: any individual appearing in a webcam room or in Content published by a Third-Party Platform.
• Listing: an entry on the Site describing a webcam room, including thumbnail, username, category tags, status and other feed data.
• You: the natural person accessing the Site.

2. Eligibility and age restriction

2.1 Minimum age

The Site provides access to sexually explicit material intended for adults only. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law of your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority or a higher age for access to adult material.

By accessing the Site you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age (or the higher age applicable where you are);
• you are accessing the Site voluntarily and for your personal, non-commercial use;
• adult material is lawful to access, view and possess in the jurisdiction from which you connect;
• you are not accessing the Site from a location where such material is prohibited, restricted or subject to criminal sanction;
• you will not permit any minor to access the Site or any material obtained from it;
• you do not find sexually explicit material offensive or objectionable, and you are not accessing the Site in order to report or complain about its content to any person or authority other than through the channels set out in these Terms;
• any information you provide in connection with age assurance is true and current.

2.2 Age assurance

Where required by applicable law, access to the Site is subject to age assurance. That process is operated on our behalf by an independent third-party provider, AgeVerif, and is described in full on our Age Verification page.

The verification is designed so that we do not receive your identity document or any personal data beyond confirmation that you are an adult, and the provider is not told what you go on to view. What is processed, by whom, on what legal basis and for how long is set out on that page and in our Privacy Policy. The provider acts under its own terms and privacy policy, which we recommend you read.

You agree not to attempt to circumvent, defeat, falsify or share the result of any age assurance or geographic restriction, whether by proxy, VPN, borrowed credential, forged or borrowed identity document, or otherwise. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and may be a criminal offence in your jurisdiction.

We may restrict, block or geo-fence access to the Site, in whole or in part, in any territory, at any time and without notice, in order to comply with law or regulatory direction.

2.3 Parental control

If you are a parent, guardian or employer and a minor has access to the device you are using, it is your responsibility to prevent that access. The Site is labelled with the RTA (“Restricted To Adults”) meta tag and can be recognised and blocked by commonly available parental control software. Useful resources include:

• Filtering tools such as Net Nanny, CyberPatrol, Qustodio and the parental control features built into major operating systems and mobile devices.

3. What the Site is — and what it is not

3.1 Nature of the service

CamGirlsTemple is an independent directory, index and review site. It aggregates publicly available data feeds published by Third-Party Platforms, presents Listings of live webcam rooms, embeds players and promotional material supplied by those platforms, publishes our own editorial content, and links you to those platforms.

3.2 What we do not do

We expressly do not, and you acknowledge that we do not:

• host, transmit, broadcast, record, encode or store any live stream, video, gallery image or other adult content — nothing of that kind is stored on our servers;
• own, operate, control or moderate any Third-Party Platform;
• employ, engage, contract with, represent, manage, book, direct or pay any Performer;
• produce, direct, film, script, edit or select any sexually explicit content;
• verify the age, identity, nationality, health status or lawful status of any Performer — this is done by the Third-Party Platform on which they broadcast, under that platform’s own record-keeping obligations;
• operate user accounts, memberships, wallets or token balances of any kind (see section 6);
• process any payment for tokens, credits, tips, private shows, memberships or any other service;
• exercise any control over the conduct of any Performer or user on any Third-Party Platform.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship exists between us and any Performer or Third-Party Platform.

3.3 Feed data and thumbnails

Listings, thumbnails, previews, usernames, category tags, viewer counts and online/offline status are supplied automatically by Third-Party Platforms through their public or affiliate feeds and are refreshed periodically. We do not curate them individually, we do not verify their accuracy, and we make no promise that a room shown as live is still live, that a Performer shown is the person who will appear, or that any tag, price or description is correct.

3.4 Videos, gallery and embedded players

All material in the Videos and Gallery sections, and every player or preview appearing anywhere on the Site, is embedded from or served directly by the Third-Party Platform that publishes it. It remains hosted, controlled, moderated and removable only by that platform. We store no copy of it, and when a platform removes material at source it also disappears from the Site.

For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, we are neither a primary nor a secondary producer of any depiction appearing on or through the Site. The producers are the Third-Party Platforms and the Performers, who hold the corresponding records. See our 2257 Statement.

3.5 Editorial content

Reviews, ratings, rankings, guides and news articles published on the Site are our opinion, offered for general information only. They are not advice of any kind and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision, financial or otherwise.

4. Third-Party Platforms and off-site transactions

4.1 You are leaving our service

When you click an outbound link, register, or interact with an embedded player you are dealing with the Third-Party Platform, not with us. From that moment that platform’s terms of use, privacy policy, cookie practices, pricing, refund rules, community standards and dispute procedures apply, and ours do not.

4.2 Registration happens on the platform

Any registration, sign-up, membership or purchase takes place on the Third-Party Platform’s own website, under its own terms. We do not create, hold, administer or have access to any such account, and we cannot log in to it, change it, credit it, refund it, suspend it or close it on your behalf.

4.3 No responsibility for third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility and give no warranty for:

• the content, legality, accuracy, decency or availability of any Third-Party Platform or embedded material;
• the conduct, statements, representations, promises or behaviour of any Performer or platform user;
• any transaction you enter into with a Third-Party Platform, including token purchases, tips, private shows, subscriptions, recurring billing, refunds and chargebacks;
• any data collected from you by a Third-Party Platform or by an embedded player, or any breach, misuse or disclosure of it;
• any loss, harassment, harm, deception, extortion or fraud you suffer on or through a Third-Party Platform;
• any promotion, bonus, free-token offer or trial advertised on the Site, including whether it is honoured and on what conditions.

4.4 Bonuses and promotional offers

The Site publishes a Bonus page listing welcome offers, free tokens, free credits and similar promotions available on the Third-Party Platforms we index.

Every such offer is created, funded, administered and honoured by the Third-Party Platform, not by us. We do not give tokens, credits or money to anyone. We have no ability to grant, restore, extend or compensate any bonus, and no entitlement to any bonus arises against us in any circumstances.

You further acknowledge that:

• eligibility conditions, expiry dates, geographic availability and any requirement to verify a payment card or make a first purchase are set by the platform and may differ from what is shown here;
• offers change frequently and may be varied, restricted or withdrawn by the platform at any time without notice to us or to you;
• we publish the date on which each offer was last checked, and we do not warrant that it is still available, still on the same terms, or available in your country;
• the offer you actually receive is the one presented to you by the platform at the moment you register, and that is the only one that binds anyone;
• some offers require you to add or verify a payment card. Where we are aware of such a requirement we state it, but you should read the platform’s own promotional terms before entering any card details.

If an offer shown on the Site is not honoured, or differs from what you expected, your claim lies against the platform concerned, not against us. We would nevertheless like to know: tell us at [email protected] and we will correct or remove the entry.

4.5 Complaints about a platform

Billing disputes, refund requests, account problems, harassment reports and content complaints relating to a Third-Party Platform must be raised directly with that platform through its own support and complaint channels, and where relevant with your payment provider. We have no ability to access, refund, credit, suspend or investigate any account you hold with a third party. Where a complaint concerns unlawful content or a person depicted without consent, we will nevertheless act on it under section 9 below.

5. Affiliate disclosure and commercial relationships

We earn money from links on this Site. We want that stated plainly rather than buried.

5.1 How we are paid

CamGirlsTemple participates in the affiliate and referral programmes operated by the Third-Party Platforms it indexes, including Chaturbate, BongaCams, Stripchat, CamSoda, Amateur.tv, XLoveCam, LiveJasmin, Cam4, Streamate, SinParty and Xcams. Substantially all outbound links, embedded players and promotional units on the Site are affiliate links: if you click one and then register, purchase tokens, subscribe or otherwise transact, we may receive a payment. That payment may take the form of a one-off commission per sign-up or first purchase, a percentage share of what you spend, a fixed fee per referred visitor, or a combination of these, and it may continue for the lifetime of the account you open.

5.2 What that means for you

• It costs you nothing extra. Prices, tokens, promotions and terms are identical to those you would receive by going to the platform directly.
• Affiliate tracking is normally carried out by cookie or by a tracking parameter appended to the outbound URL, and is operated by the destination platform, not by us. See our Privacy Policy.
• We may receive aggregate, non-identifying reporting from platforms about referred traffic and conversions.

5.3 How it affects what you see

• Which platforms appear on the Site is influenced by commercial factors, including whether a platform operates an affiliate programme we can join and on what terms. We do not claim to cover the whole market, and a platform’s absence is not a judgement on it.
• Commission rates differ between platforms, and we do not represent that our coverage is free of that influence.
• The order of individual Listings within a platform is generated from feed data and the sorting option you choose (viewers, category, gender, region and similar), and is not sold or manually re-ranked in exchange for payment.
• Any placement that has been paid for as advertising or sponsorship is labelled as such, for example “Sponsored”, “Ad” or “Promoted”.
• Editorial opinions, reviews and ratings are our own. Being an affiliate partner does not guarantee a favourable review, and no platform has the right to approve, amend or veto our editorial content before publication.

5.4 Other disclosures

We may also display third-party advertising served by advertising networks. We do not control, endorse or vet the content of such advertising beyond the category restrictions we apply to our ad partners.

This disclosure is made in the spirit of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), the UK CAP Code and Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act). It applies to the whole Site, including pages where a shorter notice appears.

6. No accounts on this Site

The Site does not require or offer registration. There is no CamGirlsTemple membership, login, wallet or token balance. Where the Site invites you to “join”, “sign up” or “get tokens”, that action takes you to a Third-Party Platform and any account created is with that platform alone, on the terms described in section 4.

Where the Site offers convenience features such as favourites, filters or preferences, these are stored locally in your browser or device and are not an account with us. Clearing your browser data will clear them. We are not able to restore them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any other person to:

• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, mirror, cache beyond ordinary browser caching, index or otherwise extract Listings, thumbnails, feed data or Content from the Site by automated means, except by a mainstream search-engine crawler acting in accordance with our robots.txt;
• use any Content from the Site to train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or dataset;
• re-publish, syndicate, frame, in-line link, hot-link, deep-link past an age gate, or otherwise make Content available on another site or application;
• reverse engineer, decompile, probe or test the vulnerability of the Site, bypass any access control, or interfere with its operation, security or availability, including by denial-of-service, injection or excessive automated requests;
• use the Site or any data from it to build or improve a competing product, index or directory;
• record, capture, screenshot, download, stream-rip or otherwise fix any live stream or embedded video, whether on the Site or on a Third-Party Platform, or distribute, sell, upload or share any such recording;
• remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trade mark, watermark, age warning, RTA label or other notice;
• attempt to identify, trace, locate, contact, follow, photograph, meet, threaten, blackmail, “sextort”, dox or harass any Performer outside the platform on which they broadcast;
• solicit or attempt to arrange any in-person meeting, escort service, or sexual service from any Performer;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• recruit, poach or solicit Performers for any other platform, agency or business;
• use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, or in breach of any applicable law, sanction or export control;
• use the Site for commercial purposes, including advertising, market research or lead generation, without our prior written consent;
• circumvent, or assist any person to circumvent, any age assurance or geographic restriction;
• send us, through any contact channel, any unlawful, abusive, threatening or infringing material.

We may block access, report conduct to the relevant platform or to law enforcement, and take technical measures against any person breaching this section.

8. Zero-tolerance policy

8.1 Child sexual abuse material and exploitation

We have a policy of absolute zero tolerance towards child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”), the sexualisation of minors, grooming, and any attempt to use the Site to locate, produce, request or distribute such material. Any Listing or embedded item complained of will be suppressed immediately, and we will preserve and pass the relevant material and technical data to the competent authorities and to the platform concerned, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and the police in the relevant jurisdiction, and will co-operate fully with any investigation.

8.2 Non-consensual material, trafficking and coercion

The same applies to material depicting non-consensual sexual activity, trafficking, coercion, or the exploitation of any vulnerable person, and to any attempt to advertise, arrange or facilitate such conduct through the Site.

8.3 Reporting

If you encounter anything of this nature on the Site or in any Listing, report it immediately to [email protected], marking it urgent. Reports may be made anonymously. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

We aim to acknowledge reports under this section within 24 hours and to suppress any Listing or embed complained of pending investigation. Because we host nothing, permanent removal at source can only be carried out by the Third-Party Platform; we will refer the report to it and, where the platform does not act, we will cease indexing it.

9. Content removal and complaints

9.1 If you appear in Content shown on this Site

If you are depicted in any Content appearing on the Site including as a Performer whose thumbnail, username, preview or embedded video is displayed you may ask us to stop showing it, for any reason and without giving a justification. This includes cases where you originally consented and have since withdrawn that consent.

Send your request to [email protected] with:

• the exact URL(s) on camgirlstemple.com and, where possible, a screenshot;
• identification of the material and of yourself within it;
• a statement that you are the person depicted or their authorised representative;
• contact details for our reply.

We do not require you to send an identity document in the first instance. We will action valid requests within 7 days of receipt and will confirm in writing when we have done so.

Please note what we can and cannot do: we can suppress the Listing, thumbnail or embed on camgirlstemple.com and block the username from reappearing through the feed. We cannot delete the underlying material, because it is not ours and is not on our servers. To have it removed at source you must also contact the Third-Party Platform that publishes it, and we will tell you which one that is and, where we can, notify them ourselves.

9.2 Other complaints

Complaints about the Site, its content or our conduct may be sent to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge within 3 working days and to respond substantively within 30 days. Where we act on a complaint we will, so far as required by Article 17 of the Digital Services Act, give a statement of reasons and information about how to contest the decision, which will be reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.

9.3 Copyright

Copyright and related complaints are handled under our DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy, which sets out the notice, counter-notice and repeat-infringer procedures. Note that, as the Site hosts no media, most copyright complaints will need to be directed to the platform hosting the material; we will nonetheless remove the corresponding Listing or embed.

9.4 Record-keeping

Our position under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, and the identity of the parties who hold the underlying records, are set out in our 2257 Statement.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 Our rights

The Site’s original text, editorial content, reviews, design, layout, graphics, logos, source code, compilation and the CamGirlsTemple name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trade mark, database and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

10.2 Your licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

10.3 Third-party rights

Thumbnails, previews, embedded video, usernames, platform logos, trade marks and stream metadata belong to the respective Third-Party Platforms and Performers and are displayed as supplied by their feeds and embed codes, under the terms of our affiliate agreements or as permitted by law. Their appearance on the Site does not imply endorsement of us by, or any relationship with, the rights holder.

11. Privacy, cookies and data

Our handling of personal data, including cookies, is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it: given the nature of the Site, data about your browsing is capable of revealing sensitive information about you, and we explain there what we do and do not collect, retain and share, including in connection with age assurance and with embedded third-party players, which may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when they load.

You are responsible for the security of your own device and connection. We recommend using private browsing and ensuring you are not observed if that matters to you.

12. Availability and changes to the Site

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, alter, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Site or any feature, Listing, section or platform partnership at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failure, third-party feed or embed outage, regulatory action or events outside our control.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting section 4:

• we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, legality, fitness for purpose, non-infringement or availability of the Site or any Content;
• we do not warrant that any Listing is live or accurate, or that any Performer shown will appear, behave in any particular way, or is who they present themselves to be;
• we do not warrant that the Site or any embedded third-party component is free of viruses or harmful components;
• nothing on the Site is legal, medical, psychological, financial or relationship advice;
• we give no warranty as to the tax, legal or regulatory consequences to you of using any Third-Party Platform.

Statutory warranties and rights which cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.

14. Limitation of liability

14.1 What is never excluded

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

14.2 Exclusions

Subject to section 14.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss;
• loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated saving, goodwill or reputation;
• loss or corruption of data;
• any loss arising from your use of, dealings with, or reliance on any Third-Party Platform, Performer, embedded component, advertisement or linked site;
• any loss arising from your inability to access the Site, or from the removal of any Listing or Content;
• any consequence of a minor accessing the Site through a device for which you are responsible, or of any failure or error in third-party age assurance.

14.3 Cap

Subject to section 14.1, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to [GBP/EUR 100]. The Site is free to use and you pay us nothing.

14.4 Allocation of risk

You acknowledge that the Site is provided free of charge, that these limitations are a reasonable allocation of risk in that context, and that we would not provide the Site on any other basis.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CamGirlsTemple, its officers, employees, contractors and agents against all claims, demands, proceedings, damages, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Site; your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law; or your dealings with any Third-Party Platform or Performer. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach or negligence, and does not apply where you are a consumer, save in respect of your deliberate or reckless breach.

16. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority, or to protect the Site, its users or any Performer. Sections 8, 10, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20 survive termination.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulation, our services or our commercial arrangements. The current version is always published on this page with the “last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Site.

18. Dispute resolution

Before commencing proceedings, please contact us at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will try in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days. This is not a precondition to your statutory rights.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body or to your national consumer authority. Note that the European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating in July 2025 and is no longer available.

19. General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding. Nothing here excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder will continue in full force.

No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign or transfer ours, including on a sale or restructuring of our business.

No third-party rights. Except as expressly stated, no person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.

Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages at Third-Party Platforms, feed or embed failure, hosting or network failure, cyber-attack, regulatory action or blocking orders.

No partnership. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between you and us.

Language. These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only, and in the event of conflict the English version prevails, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Notices. We may give notice by posting on the Site. You must give notice to the address in section 21.
